I love the dark blue BG and the "S" shape of the neck. The eye seems a touch soft to me?

Hi Joe. Love the comp, the curve and the colors. All of the fine detail looks just a bit soft on my screen.

Dan and Bill, thank you for viewing, commenting and suggesting improvements. I went back to the original using a different sharpening routine. Default sharpening of the RAW in Lightroom, then Shake Reduction Filter in Photoshop followed by a small amount of sharpening to the TIFF in Lightroom. Even though the shutter speed was 1/2000 it appears there was movement, either me or the bird. I trust this is better. Thanks again.

Looks better to me, Joe. I assume you're sharpening the TIFF after reducing it to web-size.
