I took this shot at Hanna, Utah. There were lots of humming birds at the feeders setup during spring.

I waited to a get a good shot of the humming bird flying in mid air and wanted to capture its wingspan. This was shot with sun behind me on a nice cloudy day. Shot with Nikon d500, Sigma 150-600mm lens mounted on Mongoose Gimbal head with Gitzo tripod.

    Nikon D500
    Matrix Metering, ISO 1250, f/8, 1/3200 sec

Krishna, you have some nice details on the wing/body and a nice BG.
I wish the HA was better, lower in the frame and also more room in front.

    Hi Tim,

Thank you for the feedback and kind comments.

Can you elaborate what you meant when you said "I wish HA was better " ?

Are we speaking about head angle ?

    Thanks
    Krishna

Yes the head angle, it would have been nice facing towards the camera.

I completely agree with you, I need to start paying more attention to head angle.
