I keep churning out the Mara scapes of lonely trees, apologies if you get bored folks

This photo was taken last year in the Mara Triangle, Kenya, while hosting a Great Migration photographic safari. I hope you like it - single exposure handheld from the game viewing vehicle.

Looks like you and Andrew are storm magnet, Morkel. Haha. This is beautifully done. I would probably desaturate the blue a little bit (sky on the left), but very nicely composed and the sky adds a lot to this image.

Amazing image, Morkel. I do find the clouds a bit too grungy to my liking, just like in your last image. Did you change anything to your workflow?

    Hi Morkel

I really like the composition here .. the way the smoke leads up into the diverging cloud formation is well spotted. And the "god rays" behind the tree top all works very well for me.. Yep, I do like it..

Keep them coming Morkel, Another well composed image with plenty of drama in the sky.

Not really Jerry. I did use some of Nik Color Efex' filters on these two. This one I think was "pro contrast" but used in moderation and I end up adjusting opacity of the Nik layer down to 40-60% most of the time anyway?
