    Default Rainbow Over Wetland

Last week while I was away I made several trips via canoe into the wetland on Horseshoe Lake to photograph Bullfrogs. On this morning the conditions were perfect for rainbows, as shortly after sunrise, fast approaching rains storms were moving in from the west. I could here the rain approaching as it made its way over the forest in the distance so I quickly put a polarizer on my 18-35mm lens to enhance the rainbow and created several frames before packing my gear away safely and paddling home through a torrential downpour. Unfortunately the vegetation in the wetland is not in prime condition as it has now started to die off for the coming winter.

very nice Andrew.. I like the symetry of the bow and its reflection.. You seem to be a bit of a storm magnet in the Kayak of yours.. Do like the snake in the Macro section from the same trip I presume..

Very nice image design here Andrew! I like how the rainbow shape offsets the other "layers" in the image.
    Nice vibrant colours too.

Who doesn't like rainbows I really like the reflection in the water its those little details that you don't pick up on right away that ad depth to an image. Well done Andrew

One more that agrees with the above, nice image Andrew, specially for the reflection in the middle of the vegetation. Well done!
