Today I have been working on images I captured at the rookery at Gatorland in Orlando, Florida this past spring. This image is a Snowy Egret, the crop is unconventional but it was the only one that seemed to work for what I wanted from the image. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

The comp works well for me, with a good choice on where
to crop the body. Soft light, and background. I might lighten the subtle catchlight at the top of the pupil to give the eye a bit more life.
Hi Joe, lovely looking frame with nice detail in the whites. I like the stare on the eye and the soft light makes it look good. Blends well with the BG colours.
