    Greetings. The same original photo that I used for White Wood Mystery. I liked the original flip as I was working toward the mini-world treatment and went back to take this along a different path.

    Beautiful. I may like this one better than the circular one. Fabulous colors of the wood-grey, blue, tan--they seem to shine. As in the other version, the darks make the wood stand out.
    What do you mean by "toning"?

    Anita,

    I always appreciate your comments. By toning I mean brightening, darkening, contrast, color contrast, saturation using tools such as curves, Nik Silver Efex Pro (includes detailing with the structure controls) with luminosity blend (to bring back color), and Topaz Adjust.
