Another shot from the garden pond, here I managed to get a clear background. You can see the ovipositor, it looks rather like a hook going into the moss. The moss is on some sandstones around the perimeter of the pond, the background is the pond with reflections of mosses and ghosts of pond plants. Hope you like it, I am getting old for crawling and twisting about - ended up with a back injury!
Hi Jon....Beautifully done image with nice sharpness on your subject! You might consider adding just a small tad of contrast to your subject...or maybe its my monitor!
