At first glance I wondered what you were up t and then I read the show theme: a very clever statement piece. Well done. Where did you find an empty glass case to photograph? Just curious.

Lovely piece of work, Bob, and very cleverly put together. Congratulations on the ribbon and sale!

Hi Hazel...the empty display case was a stock image.....kind of hard to find an empty display case. I sometimes use stock images combined with my own images.

oh, ok, I wondered about where you'd find one unless you are connected to a museum that is changing displays. Good way to do it. Love the statement you've made. And the all white surround sets off the last bit of blue. Hope this is not a prophecy that comes true

    Bob,

Greetings. Great concept and execution. I might try a warp or skew transform a dash to decrease the width of the base oval a tad (to flatten its appearance against the case bottom). I do like the idea of a bit of sky a lot. Thanks for posting.

    Cheers,

    -Michael-

Congratulations. Creative. I like the clean lines. I never thought of using stock images with my own--something to consider. I wish the lines of the floor of the display case on which the bird cage is sitting, were more even.
