    I took this shot because I found the pose of these two sandhill cranes kind of mirrors each other's...I said "kind of" :D :D

    Anyhow: S5, 70-300 VR @210mm, f13 1/800 sec, ISO 1600.

    You know I like this and the birds angle as well, nice in the frame.

    I like it a lot Desmond and you do have two good positions About the only think we could wish for is better head angle for the two. Not necessarily what we normally talk about having them toward the film plane but having he head parallel rather than bent in !!! Neat image !!!

    I like black and white. It is hard to make a bird image work like this one. But you did it. Well done.

    Hi Desmond, I love this - it looks great in black and white. My only comment is that perhaps you could have taken it from a lower angle. (I know that this is usually easier said than done!!)

    I like this composition. I always have a sweet spot in my heart for black and white images...;) Good show...:cool:
