    Hi All,
Thought I'd give you something completely different this time. I took this last month in the Elan Valley in mid Wales, early in the morning in very dull light.

hey nicki!! hope you dont mind, but i worked on your pic a little. i used the gradient tool and darkened the sky a little. i think i took the brightness down about 50 points. you can play around with it and get different results and keep the one you like best. actually went all the way to -83 points and it was pretty cool. then i just used unsharp mask at 50,5,0.

hope you like it. compo looks awesome. you could maybe trim the bottom, but i like it as it is, too! like how you left the horizon line in the middle. works well because of the reflections!! those greens are just fantastic!!!!

Hi Nicki I like the image a lot All about feel and you captured it.

I think for images like this is best to keep the mood as presented. Lost of changes can be done but might destroy the overall feel. Not sure I would do anything !!! Big Congrats !!!

    Hi Guys,
Thanks for all the comments .. Harold, of course I don't mind you fiddling with my picture:D:D. I must admit that I'm not big on photoshop skills - as you have probably gathered by now:confused:. Any suggestions are always welcome.

    Thanks as always,
    Nicki

    Nicki,
Your image awed me when I first saw it. I had to leave and when I returned I couldn't find it again LOL
This is gorgeous. The rich color, the smooth water, the harmonious fog. Perfect. I wouldn't change a thing.
