A few weeks a go I posted a White Admiral butterfly that was quite the cooperative one. I had photographed it at 700mm. When I saw how cooperative it was I put on the 100mm macro plus a 24mm extension tube to come in real close. Here is one of my favorites of the close ups.

    Canon 7DII + 100mm f/2.8 macro + 24mm extension tube, manual exposure, evaluative, metering, handheld, fill-flash from the 580EX @-2/3 FEC, 1/100s., f/14, ISO 1600, FF.
