    Default back-up workflow recommendations

    Hi Folks,
My new iMac will be here in a few weeks and i would like to have a more efficient back up system to my workflow rather than the several portable external HD's that i have been using.

I chose 512SSD rather than 2 or 3 TB fusion drive as my thinking is i will load images from my card to the desktop , cull, then move the folder to an external back-up, then have a back up of the back up. Im aware there are many options but i could used help culling the choices and keeping it simple. Further, any thoughts about one of the back-ups to the cloud, etc, ...

    Thanks, Ann

I have my system back up to one external HD using time machine which has worked at well I have had two HD failures on my iMac and was able to restore my computer when I got it back exactly to how it was before the failure. I have my images on a mirrored HD enclosure.
