    Loons can be rather swift flyers, you did well with your panning. The banking pose saved you from the "pancake" wing position, so yes, thank you Mr. Diver indeed. All looks well, it's just the large centered catchlight covering most of the pupil that bugs me a bit. As posted you could remove the bottom half of it. Nicely done though.

    Only two comments? What the @%$# This looks great! A few small shadows but otherwise a pretty darn good shot.
