Lovely capture of the waterfall, your shutter speed setting was just right. The light on the waterfall is very nice, providing highlights and shadows. I'd tone down the brightness of the green foliage to the right of the waterfall as it competes for attention.
The waterfall produces strong diagonal lines and the slow shutter speed creates a pleasing blur of the water. Would a crop from the bottom and right further enhance the cascade?
