Hello,
what else can i say, but awesome. This is an wonderfull shot. Nothing in the bg distracts from the owl and a really lovely pose.
Congratulations, you really know what you are doing !!
Great background and shot. Well captured.
You are posting some cracker shots Jim! And this one is no exception. The minimal palette is very pleasing to me.
Great pose as well.

That was sure a lot of fun shooting these guys. Beautiful pose and great eye contact along with that killer So Cal light make up for a real sweet frame. Hope these birds come back one day. Nice work Jim. BFAM

Another super head-on for the theme. Gorgeous light and nice simple bg. Thanks for sharing it.
Probably my most favorite pose of this cute fella. Very nice light, very nice pose, Jim.
lovely dynamic pose with a pleasing BG and sweet light. too bad these guys took off from the area. My only suggestion is to reduce the sharpening on the head a bit,
Excellent frame Jim!
