And yet, another tern from the Isle of May

I liked the flight pose on this one, and because of the good advice and comments by Artie and David, on my last flight image(Red Kite), I decided to choose this crop. I had to add some canvas to the top, I didn't want it to look too 'boxy' WDYT ?

WDIT? Beautiful! Love the room all around. As usual, with your terns, techs look good to me. The sea that melts so easily into the sky is a big plus for me. Pose is glorious.

TFS Will. You have been very successful on the Isle of May!

Looks good Will. Good call adding canvas where you did. I like the horizon line giving context to the sea below. Good view of the eye and nice catchlight. I do get the impression the critical focus is on the far wingtip, so another round of sharpening on the face area would not be a bad idea.

Looking better every post William. No deep shadows here and I like the details but I totally agree with Daniel on the critical focus landing on the right wing so a round of selective sharpening to just the head is a great idea. Well done
