    Taken in the back garden, I now have an adult and a juvenile visiting, the subject was baited using crushed peanuts.

    You are lucky to have these birds visiting. I like the natural pose and perch. In fact, I like the perch very much. If it were mine, I may consider a slice off the top to just below the sawn off bit of branch. I like the way the branch leads in from the base LHS, but wonder if there could be a slight green cast. Most probably a reflection from the beautiful green BG.

    I like the perch on this one Jon, it fills the frame nicely. Nice details and pose on the bird. Great facial expression. BG colour also gives it a nice feel.
