    A different POV of a Redstart taken a couple of weeks ago, with help from John R.
    As before struggled with very bright sunlight.
    Any idea what the food item is John.....

    Hi Graham
    Certainly saw that bird a time or two ! And not a mealworm in sight !
    The prey looks like one of the Hymenoptera or Ichneumon Flies . Can't get a good enough look to ID any more.
    Nice back turn of the bird too. She got the two young fledged OK. Will be in touch
