I really like to get the "shake shot" after a dive, here's a head on shot of an Elegant Tern shaking off after a failed fish grab attempt.

    Thanks for looking.

A fascinating image Tim---nicely caught. I'm hoping to catch the Canadas and wavies this year doing their upside down flip as they willow leaf out of the sky.

You did a great job capturing a split second in time that most of us can't even discern with the naked eye. I like how you can easily see the tail acting as a rudder. The water droplets add a lot. Well done on a difficult capture!

    Hey Tim,

He looks all shook up and upside down! Agree to a bit more selective sharpening of the head. Try a Contrast Mask. Let me know if you need any help with that.

Super cool shake pose Tim. I really like that it's head-on, and that the wings are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the tail. The water droplets emphasize the shake, and your composition is perfect as always. Excellent work my friend.

Looks like it just got nailed with a shotgun!! Cool pose and the wing and head positions are a crack up. Maybe selectively lightening the head a bit will look better. Well done
