    Haworthias.
    Had a job reducing this due to the detail 12c times compression.
    Good job theres no sky !!!

    An interesting looking plant, John, with a nice mix of colors, shapes, and textures. I can see were the compression on this one would be a problem due to all the detail - and I think the overall IQ has suffered a bit. I'm guessing this looks much better at full resolution. I like the soft light that allows detail in both lights and darks and you have good overall sharpness. The only "issue" I have is that there is so much going on here that there isn't a focal spot for my eye to land on - my eye keeps bouncing around all over the image.

    I know what you mean and I did think of going closer on one bud. Maybe next time.
