Default Theme - Look into my Eyes

    Attached Images Attached Images

    Canon 1DX
    f/4 500mm with 1.4
    f/5.6
    1/2000
    ISO 1600

This is a cropped and re processed image I had posted some weeks ago. I thought it would fit this months theme. It is a fairly large crop, but I thought it held quite good.

The cropped composition fits the theme for me Will, certainly giving us an in-your-face stare down.Did you try any NR software on this after your crop?

I must admit that the crop is catching me off guard and not sure if it is working for me. I do love the raptor's eyes - I can see why you were going with it. I also like the BG.

This isn't working for me William but TFS.lots of noise in the under wing BTW, looks like you haven't quite figured out how to process the 1DX files yet, it should be free of any visible noise at ISO 1600.

Love the bird and the look, but I am with the rest. This crop doesn't work for me.
