    Sundew with food item.
    I think it was Nancy who wanted one with food. It only too all afternoon. Just could not get the stacking right and thwen I realised why. When the leave gets a prey item, the tentaqcles turn inwards.- as you can see from the second shot.
    I,ll get there eventually. I liked the little red gluey droplets.

    Here it is before tentacles spoilt by fly. See how the Bg changes the whole effect of the blobs on the tentacle ends

    Pretty big prey item! Nice and sharp, good BG. Fascinating plants...this makes me want to go to my local sundew spot as they are fun to photograph.

    This is a very nice illustration of how sundews capture and subdue their prey. Good comp and I like the lighting - especially on the fly's wings!
