Extremely angry Boat-tailed Grackles

Another from Ocean City Rookery last week. These two were putting on quite a display of anger towards each other, as seen in the eyelid at half mast on one on left and body of the one on right puffed up while squawking. The one on the right triumphed. C&C welcome.

Hi Geoff, well timed to have captured the noisy Grackle on the right, and I like the show of the iridescence on their chests/breasts. Comp wise, a central placement works, but would come in on the left to have equal space on each side.

A humorous catch. I like the perch against the soft BG, but I could see this with less contrast and more detail in the dark tones.

Agree with Stu about trimming a little off the left.
