    I like the tilted pose, splayed tail, intense stare, soft light.

    In a perfect world, perhaps a bit more interesting sky.

    I could see tinkering with the crop a bit, with a bit off the top. Yes, a bit more square, but it would work the frame diagonal a bit better.

    Hi Jon, I think this is a cracking pose and love the head on, down the barrel capture, I just feel it's just a bit 'warm' in the overall colours. Perhaps less above and a tad more below?

    Nice work.

    If you get a moment, have a look at Arash's thoughts on the MK2, not that you are in the market...

    Hi Jon, certainly great eye contact and down the barrel, but thats next month's theme. I love the intense stare, and angled flight pose, together with the colours of this species. The BG sets this off nicely.
