    A very common South Australian garden bird depicted in late afternoon light against an overcast sky. Gardens with exotic plants such as this conifer provide food during the winter for many parrot species.

    Gerhard:

    You have to love the topknot on these fellows. Warm light is nice.

    The whites are hot on the breast, esp. the red channel. Worth revisiting that to see if you can tone it down and pull out a bit more detail.

    The material on the right helps frame him well.
