    Nikon 80-400mm F/4.5-5.6 VRII AF-S ED shot at 230mm (345mm FFE)
    1/1000 F/8 Matrix Metering +2/3 EV ISO 360 AWB, camera supported by a monopod
    Post processed in Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC

    Joe:

    Excellent detail in the well exposed whites. Head position is great for a preening pose (parallel to the sensor). Amazingly soft light for Florida!

    I would give it a bit more room to breath on top and sides.

    Fabulous feather detail focus Joseph and on such a big bird you've done a great job to capture a good DOF ---and I love the soft colours.

    Excellent detail in the well exposed whites the eye and the catch light is very much prominent in the frame .... love the exposer here...
