very nice reflection shot! Normally I would like more eye contact, but in this one it works, you can really see the intensity of the downward look in the water. it looks like it is looking at its reflection, but I bet it has an eye on some fish or something.
Fine light you had here with this perfect mirror water surface. There is one minor blue spot on the wing in the reflection that I would likely remove if mine, if only to make the perfect reflection even more perfecter

Mirror, mirror indeed. I could go for a bit more room all around, sharpening the eye of the bird a bit, and lightening the reflection just a tad. As above, this still water reflection image is superb. a

The very uniform background with the very sharp reflection make it super. I like the framing, and think it could even slightly tighter bottom and right. The slight imperfection in the reflection could be seen as the wabi-sabi that saves us all from ruin through perfectionist hubris. I like it!
