    Will:

    Unique and dynamic pose, killer eye contact, soft background without being featureless.
    Normally would like a bit more on our right, but the eye contact is so riveting that it works very nicely as posted.

    The eye contact is very engaging in this image and the composition works for me. Not being familiar with this species, is the yellow-green underwing normal or is it a reflection from something below the bird? Minor nit - dust bunny just above the left wing primaries.
