    Hi, folks. I went to NYC recently and of course, couldn't resist doing blurs in Central Park.

    I'm glad you couldn't resist. One of the best things about blurs is that they invite exploration and interpretation of the shapes that no longer look like what they were. The lines from the tree tops and the buildings direct my attention to the forms on the grass. They look like a troupe of ballet dancers. The two tree trunks on the right are effective stoppers, and the light wavy lines among the leaves help to make this a dynamic image.

    Cheryl, you are becoming the blur-master! This is a fabulous way to depict NYC that removes the harshness of the buildings and integrates them into natural lines and colors of the park. You have such a creative eye!
