Good pose and details in the feathers especially in the shadows. Nice rim lighting as well, I liked this the best in your image. I think it could do with cropping from the right and maybe also slightly from the left. There's a "text" artifact right in the middle, not sure if that was intended. There is also some blotchiness in the background but maybe that's just an artifact of jpeg compression, can't tell for sure at this size. The eye looks a bit oversharpened on my monitor.

I have to agree 100% with Nikhil review.
At first glance I missed the word "text" that is over the bird!
I will also add that I see a slight purple cast to the image.
    Really like the rim lighting,
    Gail

Thanks Nikhil and for pointing out the "text" artifact. No idea how it got there. Corrected the blotchiness and re-cropped. Would appreciate if one of the moderators would please remove the original image.

Thanks Gail, and I reduced the purple cast slightly.

Nikhil, I'm not sure other than it being an artifact of jpeg compression, but I'm still seeing the blotchiness which is not showing in Cs6.
