Very nicely sharp--hard to do when they are aquatic. Like it a lot, John.

These large Dytiscids, and their larvae, are my favorite aquatic inverts to photograph. He posed very nicely for you. Good sharpness, comp, and background. This strong image could be even better if you could diffuse the flash more. As an alternative for this particular image, you might consider carefully cloning some of the flash-generated specular highlights.

Very impressed John, beautifully sharp and I too think twin tanks is a good idea. My only reservations are those pointed out by Steve.
