This one from Metzger Marsh in Ohio, just down the road from Magee. This was a real challenge (and in truth, I probably shouldn't post it), but I hadn't previously captured this species. There was an intervening thicket of oof branches and leaves between me and the bird. I did my best to salvage it, and think I did reasonably well on the bird, but the perch is less satisfactory to my eye. I'd like to know if it was worth it, or if anyone has any suggestions.

You and your Warblers Bill. I dont see what the problem is fom ylour comments. A bird with that colouration is never going to be easy. And with the conditions I reckon you did a good job.

Great shot of this hard to capture warbler! Nice soft background. The perch doesn't look too bad, I can see where it was worked on, but I would call it a keeper!
Thanks Diane. I guess it would benefit from a little less perch, but I didn't want to put the bird in the center. I will go back and see if I can do just a bit more on the perch; I was afraid it was becoming overworked.
