    Lovely image.....

    The light is just beautiful as it can get the colours on the bird are fantastic and the BG compliments to it. love the up right pose of the bird ...

    Great pose, nice colors and sharp detail. What a stern look on his face. The image feels just slightly dark to me, but I wouldn't want to see it lose the intensity of color. I might prefer seeing the bird further left in the frame. [Ooops, I meant right.]

    Like this image a lot, Stuart. Very nice light, raised foot, and great the feather detail. I would like to see the bird further to the right, but I think you were preserving the faint bit of tail feathers still visible over the sand. This might be a good candidate for a square crop if you have more room on the left.
