Nice catch Mike! My brother and I were trying to find these little guys in TN last month to no avail! Tough to get them in a nice clean setting. I wonder if you can lighten the bird just a bit to highlight him a little.

Well executed and tonality is spot on to my eyes (which has to be taken with a grain of salt or two). I am never patient enough to take pictures of these small birds so I really appreciate pictures like this. You might be able to lessen the impact of the OOF branch on the right side of the frame by cropping from the right a little more.

Mike, Adhika has taken the words from my mouth. I appreciate the hard work gone into getting this little guy. The OOF branches on the RHS does nothing to improve the image and would consider cropping it out. The BG is busy, but it frames the little bird nicely. I am unable to comment on his colour, but it looks good and honest to me.

    Well done!

Wonderful catch of a very sweet little bird. OK -- so how can someone who barely knows a robin from a sparrow know it is a little bird, but it just exudes that aura. The colors look wonderful, again to someone who doesn't know the bird, but saturation and color balance look good. Agree about a little crop from the right. If you want to keep the aspect ration, a little could be sacrificed top and bottom, but not necessary.

    Would love to see more!
