Yesterday we encountered some Eastern Towhees in a local preserve that wanted very much to have portraits taken. They seem to be a very curious bird. The light was rather low and rain was threatening. C&C welcome.

Nice singing pose, lovely background and good exposure. Held up well at high ISO. My personal preference would be to take 1/2" off the bottom and add equivalent amount to the top. Otherwise no nits from me.
Very nice calling pose and killer BG. Because the bottom of the perch is out of focus, I think I would try to crop a tad off of the bottom and maybe add more elsewhere if that is possible. I feel that the OOF distracts from your good looking subject.
Great looking calling pose, especially against that nice green BG. The exposure and details look very nice too. Another vote for cropping from the bottom a bit. Nice work

I saw the thumbnail and said hope he's calling, and he is! Lovely shot I would agree about trimming the base and perhaps de saturating the greens a little bit.
