Classic umbrella fishing pose. It is so hard to get something different with this much photographed bird but I like my super low POV.
I could almost feel that I was "under his umbrella" he was so close.

What a pose, great looking frame Gail. Lovely POV and a nice HA. Details and BG fit nicely. But wow, its the pose, and the POV that takes it up a few notches.

Lovely image, Gail. I like the raised foot, wing position, and head angle. Maybe a little later in the day than normal for you? Thank you for sharing.

The raised foot and head angle make the image for me. Of course the wing positions and low angle do help too!

Hi Gail, great eye level capture, and what a super umbrella pose. Well exposed on the whites, sharp, and I really like the shadow of the wing. Well captured.

Another nice capture Gail. Looks like the Lagoon at Fort De Soto. I was amazed at how cooperative the birds were in that area. I can see you standing in the water shooting this guy. Well, I guess literally as I noticed your new Avitar.
A classic hunting pose and nice deails make for another keeper. Well done.

What a great pose, Gail. Nice handling of the whites in the harsh light.
