I like this straight on shot while still being able to see some detail on the wing tops. The turned up tips at the leading edge is a bonus for me. Plenty of blur in the background to bring out the owl, but can still imagine the terrain. Nice and sharp on the face, my only thought might be to brighten the owl's right eye a bit.

    Hi Frank,
I really like this image. Nice head on view of the owl with good sharpness and a very pleasing BG that sets the bird off quite well.

Hi Frank, love the incoming flight low over the ground with the multi-colored background. Perfect exposure in good light. Loi

Beautiful pastel background and sharp subject; I like the position of the wings and it's cool the way we can see the corners of his tail and his feet. TFS steve

Another great image Frank, I like the position of the wings, background is beautiful. I know one sid eof the face has caught more light than the other and it looks natural, having said that I think I would lift the brightness or exposure on the bird's right facial disc just a little - not to equalise but just lift a little.
