Default Sandhill Cranes at sunset and the moon

I was lucky to capture these cranes in the same frame as the crescent moon last fall at Crex Meadows, WI! I would have liked the moon to be brighter and maybe a little more in focus, but I still like it!

Beautiful! Not only you captured the moon, you have such a beautiful sunset sky, too!

What a stunning frame. At first glance, I was convinced this was a composite!!! Talk about the stars lining up! Love this silhouette!

Lovely shot I like the colours and composition. The image is 856 px, it would look even better if you could post one 1200px.

Ugh, I was wondering why it posted smaller! I looked into it and see I was using the facebook sharing preset by mistake when exporting from lightroom to photoshop! I will now have to re shop it ( adding sky on the left, and cropping a bit from the right side to center the subjects a bit.) here is the unshopped version, tell me if you like it.

Hi Glennie, thanks! Just because I get a lucky nice one now and then doesn't mean I don't have a lot to learn In fact I have learned a bunch already but I still have far more pics that need to go in the trash, you don't want to see those haha! No I posted the wrong sized image.

Michael, I agree with Jonathan. I believe it needs a little on the left and a bit off the right.

    Fantastic stuff.
