    Hi Dan,
    I assume this image was snapped in very early morning light (or very late) given the color on the bird. Nice focus on the head with the incoming view. This works for me as is with a slight blur in the wings. Another take may have been to increase ISO for a faster SS. But either way a fine image.

    That's one nice Osprey image Dan! I like everything in this. The pose is killer with a great wing position, cool hanging legs, both eyes visible with catch lights, great details and all caught in nice early/late light. Comp looks great too.
