    Infrequently I get small groups of lesser redpolls coming to my feeder, they are usually quite feisty little birds, this one was no exception.

    good capture Jonathan,like the calling pose,nice BG,like the perch,ifmine I would remove the broken branch near its tail,and the ring on its leg.TFS.

    Jon i hate those rings but that was there,all the rest looks fine by me,like the calling pose and those fresh green new leaves,smashing BG.

    Love the pose and open beak you captured Jon. Also, the perch and its tender vegetation is sweet! I would wish for a tad bit more canvas on the right side so those tender unfurled leaves aren't so cramped. Killer bokeh too!
