Canon 1D (first one) question

Hi,

Wonder if someone can help.

I know the MkII onwards all AF with the center point at f/8, but is the first 1D (4.15 megapixel) also capable?

If yes, I may look at buying one second hand.

No problem and by the way the 1D is still an awesome camera. Matter of fact it is quite the bargain.
