Hi Karl, exquisite light, and love the angled pose. Nice and sharp where it counts, and I really like the overall colours in the image. Great capture.

Same as Stu said, great light, techs spot on, I'd be delighted if this was mine, the colour of the reflections complement the bird nicely.

Beautiful light, great pose. Lovely colors. My personal preference would be to remove the second catchlight. This would also work nicely as a pano without the reflection.

Wow. Wonderful colors here, great eye contact, nice shooting angle for the reflection. It has a super autumn feel with the lights, despite it is spring time. Well done, Karl.

Beautiful image Karl, sweet light and stunning colours in the BG. The subject is also a really beautiful one! I would really like to see this without the full shadow and more space to the right and above. TFS

love the low angle and the light, the calm water was a plus too. I'd remove the specular reflection of the catchlight in the water

    well done

Colors and light overall are absolutely stunning. I would clean up the eye's reflection a little bit if it were mine.
