    I captured this Black-bellied Plover at the north beach in Ft. Desoto County Park, Pinellas County, Florida. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Absolutely love the behavior captured here, and your title. I wish for a little less room on the bottom and more on top. Great details and your image is nice and sharp, but possibly a little over sharpened esp around the head.

    I was at CBBR Sun am for the woodpeckers and didn't see you there. :(

    Hi Joe,your choice of title is spot on,love the all action pose of the bird but do agree it does look a tad crunchy on the head,very nice work.

    Amazing pose! I love the foot sunken in the wet sand. I agree with Marina's comp suggestion. If mine I'd likely remove the oof shell in front of the plover, but certainly OK there too. Was it chasing another nearby shorebird?
