    Taken the other morning,summer vistitor for breeding,its stood on river silt,which as been left on the farm fields at side of river after floods a couple of months ago,cannon500mm IS,F4,IS,MK1,700MM FL,5DMK111,TRIPOD,set low,ISO400,F6.3,1/1250S,CROP, SHARPENED,SH,LEVELS.

    Good fieldcraft to get in low and close to these Chris, nice work. Great low level and a nice head angle as well.

    It's the fluffed up plumage that does it for me,do like the low angle you have got,it's a real nice piece of work Chris on a bird I have yet to try on.

    Hi Chris, lovely low angle, and I like the ruffled look, as it shows off the layers of feathers nicely. Im fine with the OOF FG, but would maybe take a bit off the bottom, so that its not too prominent.
