Hi Joe, excellent exposure on the dark plumage on this fellow, and I like the pose with the curved neck. The red bill stands out nicely against the black plumage, and the irritating feather adds a little more. Comp wise, I can see some off the bottom without harming the image.
Good pose and fun feather but I think this image would be stronger if you cropped from the right and put the eye square in the upper right hand "intersection."
