Continuing with the shorebirds. Here is a Long-billed Dowitcher very similar to the Short-billed Dowitcher. The Long-billed is considered very rare here where I live, so I'm very glad I managed to get photo of one.

Wow Raybel, that is a really stunning image. The background is sublime, the reflection really works and the low shooting angle and pose top off an excellent image. Well done! The fact that this is a rare bird for you makes it even more special!

Great looking frame Ray. Nice color an detail and a perfect HA. Looks like it could use a little CW rotation. Well done

Raybel this is a winner for me. Not sure if I am more impressed with a Long-billed Dowitcher in the Caymans or with the image. Super job on this. Head angle, shooting angle, sharpness and that beautiful background.

Your BG colors really make this image special, and it's nice that you got nice and low.

The colours are fantastic! Good profile pose, sharpness. For my tastes the head's reflection is a touch too close to the bottom edge...I'd double the space down there. Congrats on beautifully photographing this rarity.
