    Hi Jon, what a great looking water trail and the bird aint bad either I love the feeling of speed and determination on the image. Nice POV. Was it a big crop.

    Nice water trail and action. Looks like a big crop as it is a bit grainy. f8 would have been fine unless you find that you need to stop down with this lens combo to get sharp images. Well done

    Hi Jonathan, nice idea and I like the feeling of action. Just unfortunate that the detail / sharpness does not seem to be there. I normally find that f7.1 should be fine for these type of images as you dont seem to be too close? TFS

    Hi Jon, agree with David, f/8 would have been good and gained a bit more SS, as the subject looks a tad soft. Certainly the noise is visible and unclear how much of a crop this is??? Here I would add some localised NR and work a bit on both FG & the Top to 'sandwich' the 'action' part, you know what I mean.
