    Siskin at pool.
    Not many of these this year and that much water is hard getting stuff restricted to my pools.
    Can't last for ever !

    Nikor 70-300mm
    1000 125th @f8

    70% 0f frame.
    Neat image

    Couple of white feaqthers taken out off water
    ev-1 and Contrast down 1 in camera.

    Good capture John, never seen one for a while. I like the detail on the bird, its almost a 3D effect against the BG.

    Good looking bird with nice feather details. The eye looks a bit funky.

    Looks quite a bit better with the slight adjustment on the eye. I am not big into making changes in postprocessing but it's amazing how much a little work on and I can approve an image.
