What a pose! Love it. Also love the curves on the rock that matches the curved forms of the bird. Super shot and thanks for sharing.

Very cool pose William and I like the nice soft feather detail in this. The sandstone cliff looks much better than most, not even any whitewash showing, and the little green adds a nice touch. Just noticed you got a new toy!! Congrats, your shots are going to improve substantially over the next few months :)

The thumbprint does not do this image justice.
I love the textures in this image and the little pop of Green in the LLC really adds some wonderful color.
The calling pose and the way the feet are clinging to the cliff is very eye-catching.
IQ is excellent and the exposure is spot on.
I feel the comp is a little bit lopsided and if you have it I would add a bit more canvas on the LHS ( ~ 3 to 5 %) and center the bird a bit more ( not often I suggest centering a bird but I think it would work here)
Looks like the new 1DX is working well in your hands,

Nice image, Will. No nits from me, I like everything about it. Amazing the bird can balance on such a small ledge. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Will, lovely calling pose with the tilted head backwards and eye contact, and tucked in feet. Whites look good, and I like the texture and colour of the cliff face.

Excellent image!! I love the pose, surroundings, processing. The only thing I would do is remove the small dark spot in ULC. Everything else is top notch...way to go!!

I love everything about this one especially the calling pose and the setting. For me, the framing and crop could not be better. a

Especially when you consider how tough this image must have been to capture, it really rocks. I love the calling pose and your choice in composition. The bird against this amazing environment just brings it to another level.
