    I captured this image at Circle B Bar Reserve in Polk County, Florida. I wish that he would have turned his head a degree or two towards me, not to happen. A couple clicks and he move on. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Nikon D7000
    Nikon 80-400mm F/4.5-5.6 VRII AF-S ED shot at 400mm (600mm FFE)
    1/640 F/5.6 Matrix Metering +1 EV ISO 280 AWB, camera supported by a monopod
    Post processed in Lightroom 6 and Photoshop Elements 10, burning to areas of the black feathers
    Cropped for composition and presentation

    Very nice Joe.
    Good high key image and the WP looks good.
    I like the raised crest.
    I can't help but wish that he was against a colored BG though.

    Bird spot on but I reckon the BG is a little harsh.0- certainly unusual.The morer I look thiough it seems to look better ! Good to be different !
